Do you love working with children and making a real difference in their lives? As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to an elementary-aged child with autism, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence. This role is perfect for compassionate inspaniduals who want to positively impact a child’s life—and have fun doing it!
What You’ll Do:
â Deliver ABA Therapy: Implement engaging, play-based interventions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
â Track Progress: Collect and record data to celebrate growth and success.
â Encourage Positive Behavior: Apply evidence-based strategies to reinforce learning.
â Create a Supportive Environment: Provide a safe, nurturing space where the child can thrive.
â Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside a dedicated BCBA and the child’s family to create the best outcomes.
â Stay Organized: Maintain clear and timely session notes.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
